Разработана структура административно-организационного информационного взаимодействия для бюд¬жетных учреждений методами концептуального моделирования. Основной функцией системы является автома¬тизация основных и вспомогательных информационных потоков. В качестве этапов решения задачи выбраны следующие: построение информационного ядра системы на основе элементов организационной структуры, разработка структурной модели системы информационного взаимодействия с использованием нотации IDEF0. В основу информационного ядра системы положен экономико-правовой подход, который позволяет объеди¬нить основные и вспомогательные информационные потоки учреждения в единую сбалансированную структу¬ру, что позволяет осуществить модульное масштабирование системы в требуемый момент времени. Структур¬ная модель информационной системы разработана с применением методов концептуального моделирования с использованием нотации IDEF0. Полученные в ходе исследования результаты отражают актуальность задачи, стоящей перед учреждением высшего профессионального образования.

The structure of the administrative and organizational information interaction is developed for budgetary institutions using conceptual modeling techniques. The primary function of the system is to automate the main and auxiliary information flows. The following methods are chosen as the stages of solving the problem: building the information system based on the core elements of the organizational structure, development of the structural model of the information exchange system using the notation IDEF0. The economic and legal approach is the basis of the information system kernel which brings together the main and auxiliary information flows into a single institution balanced structure for modular scaling of the system at the required time. The structural model of the information system is developed on the basis of conceptual modeling techniques using the notation IDEF0. The research results reflect the urgency of the challenges that a higher educational institution faces.
