В статье обсуждается опыт авторов по развитию программы академического партнерства ORACLE Academy во Владивостокском государственном университете экономики и сервиса. Авторы дают обоснование мотивов развития этой программы в вузе, кратко описывают её содержание. Подробно описаны этапы развития уровня про-граммы Introduction to Computer Sciences, включающие в себя обучение и стажировку преподавателей, внедрение учебных курсов по базам данных и программированию Java в учебный процесс ИТ направлений подготовки. Для уровня Advanced Computer Sciences даётся обоснование переспектив его развития для обеспечения учебных дис¬циплин как бакалавриата, так и магистратуры. По уровню Advanced Computer Sciences авторы делятся опытом разработки и апробации курса «Java Fundamentals and Java Programming». Даётся ссылка на учебные материалы по курсу, рекомендации по их использованию и развитию компетентности студентов в рамках квалификации Java Developer. Описывается перспектива разработки других учебных курсов, открытия специализированных (про¬филей) образовательных программ высшего профессионального образования. Одна из категорических, строгих рекомендаций авторов – недопустимость перевода англоязычных учебных материалов на русский язык. Статья завершается обсуждением результатов, порождаемых развитием программы ORACLE Academy.

This paper discusses the authors’ experience in the development of academic partnership program ORACLE Academy Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service. The authors give a rationale for the development of the motives of this program in high school, briefly describe its content. Described in detail the stages of development of program-level Introduction to Computer Sciences, including education and training of teachers, introduction of courses on databases and Java programming in the learning process of IT training areas. Level for Advanced Computer Sciences provides the rationale for its development for disciplines as undergraduate (masters) and graduate (bachelors). By the level of Advanced Computer Sciences, the authors share experience in developing and testing the course «Java Fundamentals and Java Programming». Reference is made to the training course materials, recommendations for their use and development competence of students within the skill of Java Developer. Described the prospect of the development of other training courses, specialized opening (profiles) educational programs of higher education. One of the definitive, the strict recommendations of the authors - the inadmissibility of translation of English training materials into Russian. The paper concludes with a discussion of the results generated byth e development of the program ORACLEA cademy.
