The article describes the basics of developing information and linguistic support of the estate complex management in Ministry of Education. The peculiarities of the management and specified stages of the cycle property management. Substantiated list of private management processes, as well as a list of recommended items property management and on this basis identifies the major clusters of information resources. The concepts of information and linguistic support the management of the property complex and describes the content of major elements of the concept. Based on the characteristics of the process of property management, application tasks are generated by the development of information-linguistic support property complex.
