Increasing production efficiency in providing a certain level of quality products in a stable technological process is seen as an important scientific and technical challenge that is particularly important in the production of integrated elements. Production of integrated elements is a complex multifactorial and multistage process. The main characteristics of integrated elements that define the area of their application, are created during the formation of structures in the manufacturing phase. Modern ion-photon processes of structure formation elements are provided by using low-temperature nonequilibrium impulse and radiation-stimulated production operations. Considered in this paper solutions are most relevant for the formation of the structure of integral elements, and will improve the quality and reliability of products in general.
