The need to develop an automated intelligent system management of livestock enterprises is shown in the work. Analysis of the current trends of information technology for the automation of livestock enterprises was made. Current research and development of foreign and Russian scientists considered in the work. The results of the market research of modern information systems for milk production are presented. There is no ready information solutions that allows to optimize the business units and to provide operational data mining on the state of production and product quality, that showed a comparative analysis of market products.Results of comparative analysis systems are shown in table.The results of the analysis business processes in enterprises represented in work and the results are shown in the functional diagram.
