DEFINITION OF THE TARGET FUNCTION IN THE MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF THE RIGIDITY OF THE FRAME STRUCTURES VIBRATION SEPARATING MACHINES

To reduce the cost of the machines, improvement of its technical characteristics should be optimal design of structures. Optimum design allows the design to be the best of all the structures of this type. The first stage of the optimal design is the choice of criterion of optimality of the design. In other words this means the choice of target functions. The most common target functions are the following: a minimum of weight; the minimum value, a minimum weight affirmative or reinforcing material; a minimum of mathematical expectation of expenses for the construction; the minimum amount of the cost of construction and cost of computer time; the principle of equal strength of all elements of construction. Under the condition of homogeneity of the design of the minimum value is identical with a minimum of weight. Most of the above criteria will also be observed for a minimum of weight. Weight of the machine frame is considered as the sum of the masses of its constituent elements. The weights of individual items is presented as a function of the area of cross-section and the moments of inertia of the cross section. Set out the methodology, the analytic dependence will continue to develop a mathematical model for the optimization of the parameters of the design.
