Describes a practical implementation of the new indirect method of determining the flux-current characteristics, which takes into account changing the active component of resistance of a winding of the electromagnetic mechanism according to the heat energy released in the sample during measurement. We revealed the principle of sensorless of electromagnetic diagnostic mechanisms. The main advantage of that method is the lack of magnetic fields sensors as a primary source of information is the own winding of the electromagnetic mechanism. We describe the developed software for the personal computer in the LabVIEW graphical programming environment for automated system of sensorless diagnosis of electromagnetic mechanisms. The software implements the determination flux-current characteristics in three interpolation methods of changing function during measurement of the active component of the winding resistance (constant, linear and in accordance with the “energy” method, depending on the heat energy). There is a possibility of compensation of offset-errors.
