At the present time, the main focus in the improvement of educational technology is to optimize and increase the effectiveness of the learning process. The effectiveness of the training depends on the adaptation to the level of perception of the student training information. That is why, the most perspective directions for the development of educational technology is the mathematical modeling of audio-visual learning with the ability to adapt to each student. In order to build a mathematical model of the learning process, taking into account the simultaneous perception of audio and video information necessary to determine the effect of the impact of the speed of forgetting and remembering information on the quality of teaching and the process of learning. For this purpose in this article were analyzed the international research in the field of perception. As a result of research, we can conclude that by using at the same time audio and video information perception is optimized learning process and increases the efficiency of memory training material.
