This article is dedicated to the algorithm for multiobjective optimization problems with uncertain information on the example of choosing the best option efficiency overhead transmission line operating in extreme weather conditions. According to functioning purposes of overhead transmission lines, some particular criteria of reconstruction variants estimation have been chosen. Proposed performance criteria reliability: comprehensive, reflecting the reliability, durability and maintainability; the criterion of efficiency, taking into account the effect of the introduction of the system, increase the efficiency of overhead power lines, the criterion of technical efficiency and security, taking into account the increasing throughput and reducing energy losses. Is the objective function of optimization options for reconstruction of overhead electrical power lines.
