In this paper the thin-wall panel, docked at a distance from the hard ground. Investigates the dynamic behavior of elastic-like sound system. Elastic system is a rectangular panel is swing jointed design of wood. As the acoustic system is air volume between Panel and hard ground. The mathematical model is constructed using the method of finite elements. The lowest eigenmodes and eigenfrequencies are computated by the subspace iteration method. Defined and mapped to the range of oscillations of the partial and dynamical systems in the range of low and medium frequencies. The presence of air gap between Panel and hard ground increases the amount of resonance frequencies of elastic system and allows you to more effectively absorb the energy of the sound vibrations in the range of low and medium frequencies.
