HIERARCHICAL SITUATION MODELING FOR DSS OF COMPLEX SYSTEMS

The paper presents research results in the field of decision-making models for the management of complex systems. As a model of an intersituational interaction is proposed to use a hierarchical model which is integrated into the management system and serves as a basis for decision-making and formation of the control actions. To improve the reliability of decisions made on the basis of the proposed concept of multi-step hypothesis situational model includes every situation in which hypothetically possible to pass or immersion from the current situation. The paper contains an example of the hierarchical model of an intersituational interaction which has been developed for the management of educational route in university. The results of experimental studies on the efficiency of the developed prototype of a decision support system for the management of educational route show varying degrees of efficiency in time.
