Analysis of the results of numerical experiment shows that the size of the sensor phase front significantly affect the accuracy of estimates of the angular coordinates. Most strongly this effect in the case of weak turbulence. It is explained by the fact that in the case of weak turbulence to the size of the sensor more sensitive precision recovery phase front, which, in turn, part-precision measurement of angular coordinates. Even with strong turbulence use of sensors of the phase front of the optical wave of large size allows high-precision measurements of angular coordinates of the object. In this case, the application of special methods of numerical differentiation, not accumulating systematic error makes it possible to obtain estimates of the angular velocity of the object with precision, consistent with the requirements of promising optical measuring . The accuracy of the obtained estimates is directly proportional to the distance to the target and inversely proportional to its velocity.
