MODELING OF HEAT TRANSFER IN PLASMA SURFACE HEAT TREATMENT ON REVERSE CORRENT POLARITY

A mathematical model of plasma surface tempering steel products from vyskolegirovannyh current reverse polarity. The model takes into account two mechanisms of heat transfer to the product when working on the plasma torch current of reverse polarity from the plasma flow and by cathode surface phenomena products. It is proposed in the calculation of temperature fields in the processing of reverse polarity to use a combined heat source. The amount of heat transferred plasma stream is represented as a surface of the heat source to the normal distribution of heat flow in the heating spot.
