We present conditions complicate traffic flows on non-public ways, which in turn leads to complications of traffic on the roads of general use. In this regard, proposed to develop new methods of management of traffic volumes on the roads uncommon. The article discusses a proposal reducing turnaround time of wagons on the way non-public by optimizing the routes taken by using the methods of mathematical modeling. As is known, the transport stream problem searches for an optimal route or cost of moving -time traffic between network points. The authors are prompted to install the changing assessment of the arcs that will depend on how busy the station. The solution of the problem will determine the optimal route of the cars.
