SYSTEM APPROACH TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF AUTOMATED MELTING GLASS CONTROL PROCESS

To improve the efficiency of the control process of melting glass its need to use the methods of system analysis, which allows to identify the main components of the process, the relationship between them and the interaction with other processes. For this purpose, used the Unified Modeling Language UML, witch allows a holistic view of the inseparable of automated and non-automated parts of the control system, an overall picture of its performance and create a foundation for an effective automated control system with existing hardware and software-compatible hardware. For visualizing the results of the system analysis particular the following diagrams are used: use-case diagrams, state diagrams, sequences diagrams and diagrams of classes. Aggregate of used UML-diagrams reflects control functions, interactions and time slots implementation, hardware and software.
