DETERMINATION OFSTRUCTURAL-PROCESS PARAMETERS FEEDERDISKCHIPPERS

The paper presents the results of theoretical investigations of the feeder disc chipper as a result of which determined its basic design and technology parameters. Modeling of the feed disc chipper was based on the methods of classical mechanics. Theoretical studies have allowed to study the effect of each factor in turn, influence the design and technological parameters of the feeder, while the remaining factors were recorded at baseline values. Thus, the research implemented “star schema” theoretical modeling of the feed disc chipper: center “star” is a reference point, and the rays of the “stars” are obtained by changing each of the factors. Among the many available to the task in the model parameters of greatest interest are the parameters that have the most significant effect on the performance of the feeder: the impact of the gap between the disk and the nearest chipper drum, the influence of the nature of the slope bootable cartridge, the impact of the height of the boot cartridge, the impact of the nature of the feed rollers with clutch forest residues.
